HT Rivets are available in a range of twelve standard sizes. Here you will find details on the available part numbers for the HT self-piercing rivets. To determine the proper HT Size for your application, select from the chart the rivet number which will most closely approximate the total thickness of the materials to be joined.
HT rivets are made from hardened steel or aluminum.
With strong anti-rusting ability, the longest salt spray test lasts up to 720 hours, and can be extended with special rivets according to the actual needs of anti-rust ability.
It eliminates the need for post-painting operations. Steel rivets are available with the standard zinc chromate plating at least 0.00762mm (0.0003 in) thick.
